Breakfast comes with your room — hot parathas, eggs, seasonal fruit and endless chai before you head to the gate. Lunch is relaxed, often a thali of dal, sabzi, rice and roti. Dinner is when the kitchen shows off: ask for a Corbett-style grill, a slow-cooked curry, or whatever you are craving after a long day in the jungle.
